Depends, but during peak training I usually do 2 sessions a day, sometimes 3. Morning’s for strength or technical work, afternoon’s higher intensity or endurance. Recovery (food, naps, physio) is just as important. In camp, we might add a third. It’s less about how often, more about how intentional each session is.
